Warranty

Hoffman's warrants that boots are merchantable and free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from the companies factory.

Hoffman's will repair or, at its option, replace any boot, which under normal use, fails to conform to this warranty.

Hoffman's will repair and replace boot or boots without charge for materials or service, provided that the defective boot or boots are returned with dated proof of purchase to the company's factory, postage paid, within 90 days from the date of delivery of the boots to the original purchaser.  If there is no dated proof of purchase, the cost of repair or replacement will be prorated based on sole wear.

Hoffman's shall not be liable for any damage or loss beyond replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price.

Hoffman's liability shall be limited exclusively to repairing or replacing the boots under conditions as aforesaid, and in no event with the company be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, economic losses or injuries sustained while wearing Hoffman's boots.

Temperature Ratings

We at Hoffman's do our best to give you an idea of the amount of warmth you can expect with our pac boots. The temperature ratings shown are based on estimates of the insulating properties of the liners in the boots. There are a variety of factors that may influence this. Wind chill, time of exposure to cold, type of socks and personal body circulation can all influence the liner ratings. Also, the amount of perspiration from a person foot and the condition of the liner can significantly influence the ratings. We strongly recommend an extra pair of liner to rotate with the existing ones.
