Hoffman Customer Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with any item that you purchase from us. Any unworn item can be returned for an exchange or for a refund of the cost of the boots. Shipping charges are not refundable. All boots must be returned within 45 days for a refund. product found to be defective will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

To Return an Item - Please clean and repack your return for shipping. Include a note with your name, address, telephone number, and reason for the return. Choose the shipper of your choice and return to our shipping address. Insure the package and keep the receipt until your order has been processed. Sorry, but we can not accept COD returns.

Exchanges - Include a copy of your invoice with a telephone number and reason for the return. Return to the address above. It is best to write on the invoice itself and return this with your boots. If you want to exchange your item for a different size, be sure to specify the size and width needed. If a refund is requested, please state this on your invoice.

Shipment Times - Orders normally ship within 7 to 10 days. A "Rush" order may be used to expedite your order if needed. We do offer various type of express shipping also for your convenience but these are based on the availability of the product you are ordering.

Rush Orders - For those of you who need your boots in a hurry, we do offer a "Rush Order" service in which your boots will ship in 3 working days after the order is received. This does not include weekends or holidays on which we are closed. You will also have your ship time to get the product to you. If for some reason we are unable to complete your item in this time frame, you will be notified immediately.

Backorders - We make every effort to keep all of the items that we offer in stock, but occasionally, we are temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you of the backorder, and make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We will not automatically cancel your order unless you ask us to.

ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE - A 15.00 address correction fee will be assessed for any address corrction made by UPS to reroute your package to the correct address.
