Jim - I just wanted to send you an email to let you know how much I still like these boots! I had a big project here in North Carolina back in June when it was hot. I was on the pole all day in the heat and my feet did not overheat on me. The boots were comfortable enough to work all aspects of our job in power generation and distribution. I just recently returned from Virginia on another training mission this time in a foot of snow and freezing temperatures. Again my feet were good in these boots working all aspects of our job in the Army. This is a quality product that I showed to my leadership and will be in meetings to try to make this part of all of our peoples proper equipment for the job. Thank you for the opportunity to test these and keep them as I still use them all the time. Attached are some photos to show you what they have been through. Thanks again.

Thank you, R. Owen

Best Boot Ever!! 24th year for the forest service. I started with redwing, hawthorn, and then whites, tried lowa's and finally went to the V2 Hercules, this will be my 4th season with the boots still have 1/4 sole left, never blisters like whites which I have had 5 pairs of whites and only one of those never gave me white bite. comfortable, supportive, and about 1 inch shorter than my 12 inch whites. my opinion, I'm buying another pair.

I have been falling on the west coast of B.C. Canada for over 20 years. These Cosmas Hercules V2 are the third pair of boots I've purchased through Hoffman's and I really like them. A little pinchy in the lower lacing the first 2 days but they have broke in very well, awesome ankle support. I have a couple co-workers that are interested in these boots. I guess the fact that I've only worn them two weeks is the reason I give 4 stars & durability will determine my final opinion. Stay tuned.
